Delivering engaging training sessions that keep learners motivated.
Teaching vocational qualifications and employability skills.
Assigning and assessing learner work, with helpful and timely feedback.
Keeping on top of paperwork and responding quickly to IQA feedback.
Creating lesson plans and schemes of work that bring learning to life.

What you’ll need:To hit the ground running, you’ll need:

A teaching qualification (PTLLS or AET Level 3 as a minimum).
An assessor award.
Experience delivering Business Admin and Warehousing Level 2 qualifications.
