Job Role:
40 hours per week (5 out of 7 days), mainly Monday-Friday
Delivering Food Safety/Allergen/Health & Saefty training to prisoners working in the catering area.
Ensure all staff working for our client have been inducted into their work area.
Train staff on the induction process.
Keep training and induction matrix up to date.
Complete practical demos.
Train prisoners & staff to use all kitchen equipment.
Assist when needed in food preperation.
Complete monthly checks for all areas.
Indentify any trqaining needs for all staff and action.
Coordinate training and all relevant admin.
Meet monthly KPIS and traning stats.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of food (kitchen experience).
Food Safety Level 3
Experience in training & developing individuals.
Strong communicater with patience.
Experience in delivering food safety, manual handling and NVQs.
