You will be tasked with developing and implementing a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with organisational goals. Your focus will be on technical, functional, behavioural, and leadership skills. You will work hand-in-hand with stakeholders across the organisation to refine priority capabilities and leadership behaviours. Your knack for designing customised leadership development programmes will be crucial in supporting leaders at all levels. Moreover, you will create globally scalable learning solutions that address critical business needs while adapting to local cultural and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement learning and leadership development strategy
