Inizio Engage have the pleasure of recruiting a Learning and Development Manager for our Client, a full-service UK Law firm. Our Client is looking for an experienced and ambitious Learning and Development professional to join their HR Team.

This role is responsible for the coordination, administration, sourcing, and delivery of Learning and Development activities, along with ensuring the development and maintenance of Learning and Development systems and processes. This role will be the primary point of contact for all Learning and Development related requests and will support the HR Director and the rest of the HR Team in building the skills knowledge of all teams across the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for all Learning and Development queries within the firm.
  • Designing and delivering internal training courses, with particular focus on IT systems and soft skills.
  • Overseeing and delivering the induction process for new joiners.
  • Coordinate internal professional development programmes, such as leadership development.
  • Coordinating all mandatory compliance training, such as AML, cybersecurity, etc and creating and maintaining an annual plan for delivery.
  • Booking external training courses in response to requests from staff.
  • Recording all training requests and keeping track of costs across different departments.
  • Collate feedback and evaluate training programmes.
  • Identifying different learning activities to support training requirements of firm.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in a similar role, within a professional services environment.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver internal training.
  • Strong and engaging training delivery/presentation skills.
  • Experience of producing training videos and/or online training courses.
  • Experience of delivering induction programmes.
