- Responsible for the design and management of our clients Apprentice quality processes across the business - implementing, improving and reviewing processes to ensure quality and compliance requirements are maintained.
- Ensure all quality standards and processes are met, and changes are implemented, across the business
- Create an effective Quality Assurance system, ensuring that all staff adhere quality assurance standards.
- Develop and review delivery materials and resources, to be used across the business, for the delivery of Apprenticeships
- Lead and Manage standardisation meetings.
- Oversee a team of 4 direct reports.
- Conduct observations of teaching and learning to ensure quality standards are met at all times - Identify staff training needs/development and support as required.
- Oversee the implementation of QIP
- Produce regular reports on quality within the business and present to management / stakeholders (SAR / QIP)
- Contribute to the annual Self-Assessment Report and support with Ofsted inspections.
- Support with curriculum development
- Maintain knowledge on key policy developments in relation to teaching, learning and assessment
- Prior experience of working as a Quality Manager within the Work Based Learning / Skills sector.
- Must be a qualified Assessor and IQA.
- Strong knowledge of ESFA, Ofsted, Awarding Bodies and funding rules.
- Proven experience of improving quality standards for Apprenticeships.
- Experience of leading and implementing new quality processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
