Working within a recruitment division for corporate services this is a full 360 role.
Duties are supporting hiring for permanent full time hires across the business for non manufacturing roles, high volume including internal and external positions, mixed vacancies managerial and non managerial, advertise and source through LinkedIn recruiter and database, pipe lining and talent pooling, working with hiring managers to support their processes, interview from process to candidate offer, and support contract creation.
Candidates ideal willhave an internal recruitment background with good systems knowledge, Workday would be a distinct advantage, 360 volume recruitment background, process driven.
