My client is a top 100 UK Law firm, and they are looking to bring in a Senior Associate to join their Housing Management team in their new office in Birmingham. With the help of Paralegals you will be managing your own complex caseload of property litigation files including possession claims, injunction claims, cases involving the Equality Act 2010 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005, breach of tenancy claims to name a few. You will also assist other senior solicitors and partners with their complex files. Salary will be DOE £70,000 DOE plus a generous bonus scheme, flexible and hybrid working is also offered with 2 days in the office and 3 at home. Benefits include but are not limited to 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas shut down, healthcare cover, 3x salary life insurance, dental plan, maternity/paternity pay, pension with up to 10% contribution, company car scheme and many others. The ideal candidate will be 4+ PQE with previous experience either managing your own caseload of property litigation files and a keen interest in business development.
