Salary: Up to 22,500 per annum + discretionary annual bonus scheme
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, office-based

Our client is a small but expanding law firm, offering a fantastic opportunity for a legal graduate to kick start their career with them in their Birmingham office! This permanent, full-time role is ideal for someone with a long-term commitment to the legal field, who is ready to learn and develop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting paralegals and solicitors with case management
- Drafting and preparing legal documents
- Supporting the team with legal research
- Managing client correspondence via email and telephone
- Ensuring files and records are maintained accurately and efficiently
- General administrative support to the team
About You:
- Relevant legal qualification (Law degree or equivalent)
- Strong client service skills and a professional telephone manner
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the legal profession
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
