Job Title: Plots Solicitor / Executive
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home)
Salary: 45,000 - 60,000 + Benefits

Are you an experienced Plots Solicitor or Executive seeking a new challenge with a well-established, growing team? We are currently assisting one of our Legal 500 clients based in Birmingham in their search for a dedicated professional to join their busy team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, offering flexibility through a hybrid working policy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a varied caseload of plot sales and acquisitions, including but not limited to new build transactions, shared ownership, and Help to Buy schemes.
* Provide high-quality legal advice to clients, including developers, housing associations, and other property professionals.
* Collaborate effectively with a team of dedicated legal support staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
* Work on both freehold and leasehold transactions.
* Engage with clients, both internal and external, and provide clear communication throughout the lifecycle of the transaction.

Skills & Experience:

* Qualified Solicitor or experienced Executive with a strong background in plot sales and property law.
* Excellent knowledge of new build and residential development transactions.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A proactive and client-focused approach to legal services.
