Our client, a respected and growing law firm in the West Midlands, is looking for an Experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to handle a busy caseload of residential property transactions while enjoying a supportive and collaborative working environment.
Key Responsibilities:Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and estate agents.
Managing a caseload including, sales & purchase, of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
Hold and develop new relationships with introducers
Management of a case from fruition to post completion
Qualified conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive) with a minimum of 3 years experience in residential property law
Proven track record of managing a high-volume caseload independently
Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes, including freehold and leasehold transactions
Excellent communication and client care skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Competitive and negotiable salary based on experience
