With a track record of delivering excellence and dedication to customer satisfaction, the repair centre is seeking a skilled and detail-orientated Bookkeeper / Credit Controller to join their team.

The primary responsibility will be to maintain the financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

As a Bookkeeper / Credit Controller you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Recording daily financial transactions and completing the process
  • Verify that supplier accounts and the ledger are accurate and align with the accounts / transactions recorded
  • Handling of payroll promptly and processing accounts receivable/payable
  • Arrange monthly, quarterly or annual reports
  • Reconciliation of bank statements and financial documents
  • Assistance with budget preparations
  • Contact with suppliers / customers to pursuit invoices / payments
  • Keeping up to date with any compliance regulations

As a Bookkeeper / Credit Controller, you will have:

  • Previous experience as a Book Keeper / Credit Controller or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of software: Xero, Autoflow, Sage
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel

Working Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
