My client is a local authority based in Birmingham, they can offer the successful candidate excellent hybrid working with 3 days working from home; an inclusive, supporting working environment.
Description
- Support the Credit Control Manager and wider team with overdue debts
- Deal with queries
- Ensure all statements are issued in accordance with SLA
- Assist with the preparation of files to third parties when unsuccessful in obtaining payment
- Assist with the cash posting
- Any ad hoc duties as required
Profile
- Be available on short notice
- Have demonstrated experience working in a busy Credit Control environment
- Have excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Be proactive and have a high attention to detail
Job Offer
The candidate can expect a starting salary c26-29,000 + 3 days working from home + an immediate start + generous annual leave allowance + a potential for a permanent position
