Credit Controller Team Leader required for an exciting long term interim opportunity in Birmingham City Centre. You will be joining a vibrant and exciting business that has been experience consistent growth and looking for a Credit Control Team Leader that will match their working value & culture. You will be responsible for: Management of a Credit Control team of 3 Credit Controllers Handling escalated queries, high risk clients & large customer accounts. Weekly reporting on team performance and forecasts Identifying shortcomings in procedure and working to improve processes utilising their newly implemented bespoke software Training and development of the existing credit team, including one to ones & target setting. You will bring: Experience in managing a team to achieve results Tenacious work ethic and continuous improvement working philosophy Positive working attitude & dynamic approach to problem solving Understanding of credit management & risk procedure The successful candidate will be able to join the high performance credit function and hit the ground running.
