We are seeking an experienced Credit Manager for a permanent position in Birmingham, in the retail industry, who will manage the credit control function and lead the credit control team.

Description

• Manage the credit control function and team.
• Establish and implement credit control policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely collection of debts.
• Monitor and control credit limits and exposures.
• Review and approve credit applications.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on the status of credit control.
• Work closely with the sales and customer service departments to resolve credit issues.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to the credit control team.

A successful Credit Manager should have:
