Description
- Manage the credit control function and team.
- Establish and implement credit control policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely collection of debts.
- Monitor and control credit limits and exposures.
- Review and approve credit applications.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on the status of credit control.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service departments to resolve credit issues.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to the credit control team.
