We are working with an education provider in the Birmingham area who are looking for an Engineering Curriculum Manager to join their engineering training team on a permanent basis. It is a full-time role, with general hours from 8am to 4:30pm. However, there is an early finish on Fridays as the centre closes at 1pm.

The job role would consist of you managing the curriculum for the workshop-based delivery at their main training centre in Birmingham. They are needing someone who has strong engineering workshop knowledge and experience (preferably in machining, but other mechanical disciplines would be considered). You would need to have a good understanding of qualification content and execution of standards, funding etc. This role won't involve any delivery cover unless absolutely necessary and it's in your specific skillset.

The training provider are offering a starting salary of up to a maximum of 45,000 per annum for this position, which would also include a contributory pension, a health plan (including dental and optical contributions), and 34 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays).

To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:
-A level 3 Mechanical Engineering qualification
-Industrial experience of hands-on Mechanical Engineering work
-Previous experience of education management
