- Conducting one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions with students to reinforce their understanding of mathematical principles.
- Assisting classroom teachers in planning and delivering engaging maths lessons.
- Identifying students who require additional support and devising personalised learning plans.
- Monitoring and tracking students' progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
- Organizing and participating in extracurricular maths activities and workshops.
- Collaborating with the maths department to develop teaching materials and resources.
- Instilling confidence and a positive attitude towards mathematics in students.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and passion for mathematics, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their academic goals.
- Previous experience in tutoring or working with young learners is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment.
