Do you want to inspire and support secondary school students as they prepare for their important exams?We are seeking a Science and Maths Academic Coach to join our team and provide targeted support to students in KS3 and KS4. This role is perfect for a graduate looking to make a real impact by helping students build confidence and reach their academic potential in these key subjects.Key Responsibilities:

Provide focused academic support in science and maths to KS3 and KS4 students
Assist students in preparing for exams, reinforcing key concepts and problem-solving strategies
Work with students both 1:1 and in small groups to address individual learning needs
Track student progress and work closely with teachers to support classroom learning
Help boost students’ confidence and motivation in science and maths

Requirements:

Recent graduate with a specialism in science or maths
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for education
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students
Previous experience in tutoring or classroom support is beneficial but not required
