Job Purpose, Tasks and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with Senior Course Delivery Advisors to create audiences, course pages, and assessment user groups while applying relevant codes to events for auto course enrolment readiness.
  • Managing the creation and scheduling of assessments, ensuring quality control and accuracy.
  • Supporting the UX Manager in building and maintaining digital learning content on the LMS (Totara), ensuring timely availability and appropriate user restrictions.
  • Working with internal stakeholders, attending project meetings, and ensuring due dates are met.
  • Developing and testing compelling LMS learning solutions in collaboration with the UX Manager, incorporating user feedback to measure accessibility and effectiveness.
  • Archiving discontinued products and platforms while ensuring compliance with user access restrictions.
  • Assisting with multi-language course page builds and bespoke customised learning on LMS.
  • Supporting UX Manager with site-wide updates, installations, and any additional ad hoc tasks.
  • Ensuring course content, resources, and assessments are version controlled and ready for live use within specified timelines.
  • Committing to the team's SLAs and continuously improving service delivery and user satisfaction.
