Call Centre Customer Care Agent: This well established award winning business travel company are expanding their Customer Care team and seeking candidates with previous call centre experience. Office based in Birmingham. Paying £23400.Call Centre Customer Care Agent, Responsibilities: 

  • Communicate with customer over the phone, email and live chat to effectively resolve travel issues
  • Exceed customer expectations when managing bookings, queries and request
  • Answer customer requests and their travel advisor and think out-of-the-box to provide solutions.

Call Centre Customer Care Agent, Skills Required:

  • Min of 1 years working experience in a call centre
  • Experience of working with KPIs specifically with a focus on quality
  • Experience of supporting customers via email, phone and live chat

Additional Information:

  • Paying £23500
  • Office based in Birmingham
  • Working hours on a rota between 8am - 7pm working a 37.5hr week
  • Working 1 weekend in every 7 weeks
  • Full 8 weeks training provided
