The role is for an outbound call center position, offering a base salary of £23,000 with an on-target earnings (OTE) of £29,000 to £30,000.
This is a fully remote, permanent full-time position requiring 37.5 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, with no weekend commitments.
Candidates should have experience in call center, retail sales, customer service, telesales, or field sales, and must have a quiet home workspace for remote work.
The job entails making 150 to 200 calls daily, aiming to achieve 7 to 10 sales per day while ensuring compliance with processes and regulations.

Outbound – Call Centre - Remote Full time – Permanent - Monday-Friday – No weekends£23k base salary and OTE of £29-30k Fully Remote – equipment provided 37.5 hours a week.Role summary:You will be making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.Key responsibilities:

Make 150/200 calls a day on an automated dialler.
Build rapport with the customer, build an offer that suits their needs.
Achieve targets of 7-10 sales a day (90% of the existing team do hit their targets).
Ensure you are meeting compliance expectations with every process.

Required skills and experience:

Call Centre, Retail sales, Customer Service, Telesales and Field sales experience will be considered.
You will need a quiet place to work at home.
Be comfortable with remote working.
The desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.
