Digital Journey Optimisation Consultant Part-Time - 3 days per week South Midlands (hybrid) £175-£225 per day (outside IR35) Retail Brand

An established Retail Client that is committed to revolutionising the retail experience for their customers through the power of data and innovative solutions. Aim to streamline every aspect of the digital journey, ensuring that customers enjoy a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

We are looking for a talented Digital Journey Optimisation Contractor to enhance the digital customer experience using ContentSquare. In this role, you will analyse customer interactions, identify key areas for improvement, and implement strategies that drive engagement and conversion.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Utilise ContentSquare to assess and analyse the digital customer journey on the website and mobile platforms
  • Identify user behaviour patterns and pain points, providing actionable recommendations for optimisation
  • Collaborate with marketing, UX, and IT teams to implement changes that improve user engagement and conversion rates
  • Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies and changes
  • Prepare and present insights and reports to stakeholders, showcasing the impact of optimisation efforts

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in digital journey optimisation, ideally within the retail sector
  • Proficient in using ContentSquare or comparable analytics platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert data into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams
  • Knowledge of UX principles, customer feedback methods, and A/B testing practices

Benefits
