What You'll Be Doing:

As an End Point Assessor, you'll carry out fair, independent assessments for apprentices, making sure they meet the required standards. You'll work closely with employers and apprentices, providing expert guidance and grading their performance.

You'll also:

  • Plan, deliver, and report on End Point Assessments.

  • Keep up to date with industry standards.

  • Handle a bit of admin (don't worry, we'll train you on our systems!).

  • Work from home and out in the field, visiting apprentices.

What You'll Need:
  • Experience in a customer service role at management or supervisory level.

  • Assessor qualification.

  • A real passion for customer service.

  • A car (you'll need to travel for assessments).

  • Confidence using MS Office and other IT systems (training provided for EPAPro).
