6 MONTH FTC

£28,300 (PRO RATA)

We have a great opportunity for an accomplished Complaints Administrator to join our client on a full-time, 6 month FTC. There is shift work involved Monday - Sunday, so you must be able to work some weekends.

The role is working for a national organisation, where you will be joining a small, dedicated Customer Experience team providing email support to customers.

Responsibilities:

As a Complaints Administrator, you will be:

  • Coordinating, monitoring and improving the CRM system to support the various customer teams, through inbox management and email support.
  • Prioritising complaints and following them through to resolution, collecting any additional information required.
  • Acting in line with regulations and policies, ensuring actions are completed within the necessary timeframes.
  • Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing a professional and timely service, communicating in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborating effectively with other internal teams, including senior stakeholders.
  • Keeping customers informed with developments.

Requirements:

To be considered for the role of Complaints Administrator you must have:

  • Previous admin experience, including working to deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Previous experience within a complaints environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate at all levels.
  • Experience of managing inboxes.
  • Experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong IT skills; Outlook, Word, Excel, shared drive etc.
  • Passes in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
  • Strong organisation skills and good time management.
