Our client, a well-established business based at Birmingham Business Park, is seeking a customer-focused professional to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.Key Responsibilities:
  • Logging and accurately recording complaints, ensuring a thorough investigation and resolution process.
  • Managing complaints within set timelines and providing clear customer feedback.
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure fair and impartial handling of all cases.
  • Identifying root causes of complaints, monitoring trends, and highlighting areas of concern.
  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in customer dissatisfaction, supporting and guiding teams across the business.
  • Assisting the Quality Management Systems (QMS) team in process improvements, reporting, and developing best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer-focused role, ideally handling complaints and dispute resolution.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to present evidence-based conclusions.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and professional interactions.
  • Experience in monitoring trends, reporting data, and suggesting process enhancements.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
