Our client is seeking an Outbound Customer care NO SALES to join their team on a temporary basis. As a key member of their customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by making outbound calls to their clients to check on service and book follow ups NO SALES
Duties for the Outbound Customer Service Advisor will include but not be limited to the following:
- Make outbound calls to customers to arrange appointments no SALES
- Provide timely and effective solutions to resolve customer concerns
- Build strong relationships with customers to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
The ideal candidate for the Outbound Customer Service Advisor will have the following:
- Experience in an Outbound Customer Service role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
- Ability to meet performance targets and deadlines
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from supervisors
Hours are 8:30am -5:30pm Monday to Friday
