About the Role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relationship Assistant to join us in the ICS team based in Handsworth Birmingham. The role is to provide excellent customer service to build and maintain relationships between Elis and our customers. You will also need to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Account Managers and pro actively manage a proportion of the site portfolio within your team.
We are looking for someone who’s organisational skills are outstanding and who is proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel in particular. You must have a passion for delivering high levels of customer service support.
Your Mission at Elis- Managing a portfolio of customers for contract management.
- Supporting on an internal service inbox and dealing with Customer and Internal enquiries.
- Dealing with customer complaints and completing KPI information for Account Managers.
- Running and manipulating customer reports within Excel and Power BI.
- Uploading Information into Customer Portals.
- Using simple KPI and KAPTA platforms for reporting.
- Co-ordination and support Account Managers with contractual paperwork in line with company processes.
- Working closely with key stakeholders including local and regional management teams.
- Participate in and support continuous improvement projects/workstreams.
- Supporting other teams on Annual Leave.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Including Advanced Excel Skills.
- Customer and solution focused.
- Good attention to detail and ability to evaluate data and interpret the information effectively to continuously improve the department/team.
Salary of circa £25,000.00, 29 days holiday, Employee Assistance Programme.
