Location: Birmingham AreaPay: £12.50 per hour (Weekly Pay)Contract: 6-week contract with potential extension in January

• Provide exceptional customer service over the phone
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times
• 70% Online Ticketing Responses 30% Inbound and Outbound Calls

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent phone communication skills
• Ability to work some weekends
