An established business within Manufacturing that has experienced substantial growth in the last 5 years. Offering both off the shelf products and bespoke design, they employ around 70 staff, working in various markets. In this role you will be working within the dispatch and transport department.

What will you do as a Customer Service Advisor
- Run daily orders for picking and create pick list
- Update courier portals, booking out jobs and assisting with route planning
- Ensure POD’s are loaded onto CRM and manage any discrepancies
- Monitor customer service inbox and liaise with hauliers
- Update customers if they have any issues and find a resolution
- Oversee dispatched orders and ensure they have left on time
What will you need to be a customer service advisor
- Experience working within logistics or transport
- Happy to be onsite 5 days a week
- Knowledge of using Sage would be an advantage
- Export knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
