Customer Service Advisor - Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for any inbound customer issues which could be completed over the phone, via email or chat
  • Use the ticketing system
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues which could include technical issues or billing discrepancies within a timely manner
  • Gather customer feedback, identify trends and communicate insights
  • Document customer interaction
  • Stay up to date with the firms' products, services and promotions
  • Work closely and collaborate with other departments within the business
