Customer Service Advisor needed in Birmingham, full time starting Fri 15th Nov, paying £13 per hour, ongoing. Regular weekend shifts expected. Shifts Monday to Thursday are 8am-4pm or 1pm-9pm. Friday is 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm. Saturday/Sunday are 8.30am-6pm. You will be required to cover 5 out of 7 days- if working over the weekend, 2 days would be taken out (Friday and Monday). WHO WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR?Our client is a UK-wide training and education organization, providing professional qualifications in a range of expert fields.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
  • Reception cover
  • Computer based exam invigilation and creation of exams
  • Sending post and organising couriers
  • Working with our room scheduling team in support of suitable rooms as per demand
  • H&S checks
  • Policing lanyards for both staff and students
  • Administrative support e.g. Mailbox
  • Assisting with events
  • Room set up
  • Anything else that falls within facilities team
ABOUT YOU
  • A proven record in providing exceptional levels of customer service
  • Must take ownership of issues and associated responsibility for completing a task
  • Well organised and self-disciplined with ability to prioritise under pressure
  • Able to work in a team and independently
  • Attention to detail with great time management
  • Ability to build a strong internal work
  • Excellent communication skills
