£11.94 PER HOUR
People Solutions are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for our client based in Birmingham.
You may have worked in a retail environment or perhaps in a bar or restaurant, but so long as you are a real people person, and willing to learn, this could be the role for you.

Day to Day Duties
• Answering all customer queries by Email, Phone, 3rd Party Channels, Social Media and Post• Completing day to day tasks (e.g On Hold releases, Escalated Returns and Refunds, Gift Card Administration etc)• Taking ownership of all customers issues to resolution• Constantly search for opportunities to improve the customer experience• Meet individual and departmental targets• Support the wider business where it is required on day to day tasks
Essential Skills
• Experience within customer services and a call centre environment
Desirable Experience
• Experience of working to call centre KPIs are desirable• Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
Training
•Training provided but previous call centre experience is essential
