International & UK Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Advisor to join my clients dynamic team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality post-sales support to both internal and external customers across the UK and European markets. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and are looking for a role that offers both challenges and rewards, this position might be perfect for you.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Log all customer telephone and email queries.
  • Update our ERP System with concise notes and actions.
  • Process and action replacement orders.
  • Arrange the return of incorrect, damaged, or faulty items.
  • Apply coding lines to each incident.
  • Assist in tracking orders with logistic partners.
  • Work towards the reduction of open incidents.
  • Process email queries from internal and external customers.
  • Communicate professionally and efficiently with customers at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Multilingual – French (essential) & Spanish (desirable).
  • Educated to GCSE Level – English and Maths at Grade C or above.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of Export Rules and Regulations is desirable.
  • Proven track record of successfully resolving customer queries in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in a similar industry or distribution background preferred.
  • Familiarity with order and sales processes.
  • Proficient in customer service best practices and basic negotiation techniques.
  • IT literate with proficient touch typing or keyboard skills.
