Hourly Rate: 12.64

Working Pattern: 35 hours per week - 9am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and effectively responding to queries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer concerns and find suitable solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our client's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer service targets.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to effectively resolve customer issues.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software.
