Your new companyWe are looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join the teams within Birmingham City Council. Being the largest leading local authority in the whole of Europe, Birmingham City Council are renowned for their expertise in public services, and we want people with a passion for customer service to join the team.Your new roleYour new role will require an 8 week in office training period during which you will learn everything you need to know and gain all the knowledge needed for the role. You will use the skills learnt to solve issues, answer enquiries and support people within your community. A full time position, paying an hourly rate of £12 per hour with added holiday pay. What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills and have confidence working on their own. Candidates from a call centre/contact centre or telesales environment will benefit from the nature of this role as you will be familiar with working in a fast-paced environment.
