Call OI2I 227 8OO1 to apply for this roleWe are recruiting CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISER'S for our well-known client in the logistics industry based in HAMS HALL, BIRMINGHAM, B46This is ON-GOING WORK with the intention of becoming a permanent position.You must be willing to work within the alcohol industry to be suitable for this role.Duties:Working as part of a team, you will be liaising with established prestigious UK clients and in turn, hospitality site leads such as hotel, bar, and restaurant managers.  You will be providing customer support including, but not limited to delivery updates, problem-solving, feedback, complaint handling, shortages, damages etc...You will require a good telephone manner and friendly personality as well as being computer literate.No previous experience is needed as the company are looking for the right kind of personality for these roles although a stable work or education history will be an advantage.Hours of work:Day shift (various)Monday to Friday30 minute unpaid lunch break40 hour paid weekSalary£25,200 per year (paid hourly)Weekly pay (every Friday)Rises up to £26,000 from the 30th of September 2024Additional benefits:
