You will ideally be somebody who can form quick bonds with a well-established team.The role : - Will be busy and varied, and at times you will need to produce quality work whilst working under pressure to achieve the customers SLA's - Working with a large number of clients and logging orders- Providing first class customer service to internal and external clients - Working within agreed timescales - Liaising with depot operations in order to problem solve queries 
  • Complaint handling
  • Daily communication with established clients by phone, and using the in-house CRM systems to implement long term solutions to client issues
