Customer Service Advisor - Great Barr - £23,500 per annum plus bonus & benefits

Our client is a well-established company based in the Great Barr area of Birmingham, due to expansion they are now looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their existing team.

Main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Building strong and long-lasting client relationships
  • Ensure clients are always updated with accurate information in relation to orders
  • Proactively engage with clients to develop new business and identify areas of improvement
  • Upsell our existing clients on new products and services

The ideal candidate will have:
