This is a 6-month contract with a salary ranging from £16 to £18 per hour.
Candidates should have experience in phone communication and managing customer expectations, with a social housing background being desirable.

We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a contact centre team in the Birmingham area.As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

Making outbound and receiving inbound phone calls by customers
Gathering customer details to ensure all details are accurate and up to date
Providing an efficient customer experience to all customers, providing resolutions to complaints

Solihull9 - 5 / Monday - Friday6 month contract£16 - £18 per hourAs a Customer Service Advisor, you will have experience in:

Communicating with customers over the phone
Managing customer expectations whilst providing them with a professional service
Social housing background (desirable)
