Eden Brown Synergy are working with a non-ministerial government department based in Birmingham City Centre who are looking for a number of experienced Customer Service specialists in their Casework, Enforcement and Customers team.

The roles are to start ASAP and will run initially until the end of November, although there is the real possibility that extensions will be required.

The roles are paying up to £200.00 per and you will be require to work 37 hours per week

The role can be offsite/or onsite or a combination of the two to suit you. You will be required to attend the Birmingham Office for induction and collecting equipment

Experience required;

  • Experience of working with customers and external stakeholders to communicate complex information in writing and verbally confidently and professionally, recognising that you are acting as an ambassador for the organisation
  • Experience of contacting stakeholders over the phone, noting details of the conversation and seeking advice from colleagues on next steps
  • Experience of working under pressure, effectively planning, prioritising and managing a varied and changing workload to meet different, and often tight, deadlines, whilst maintaining the quality standards
  • Experience of maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt communication styles to suit various stakeholders and situations
