Our client, a lively and growing company based in Coleshill, Birmingham, is looking for an enthusiastic customer service advisor to join their team. Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am to 5 pm

What will you do as an Customer service advisor?

  • Contact customers to process their orders promptly and efficiently.
  • Undertake general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
  • Experience dealing with enquiries
  • Utilise the SAP system to accurately process orders and maintain records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a great experience for every customer.
  • Display a strong attention to detail in all your tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

What are we looking for in an ideal candidate?

  • Experience using the SAP system to process orders and manage customer data.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills to assist customers effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail to accurately process orders and maintain records.
  • Previous experience working in a customer service setting, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
