The role
Now seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service, enhancing customer satisfaction, and playing a pivotal role in contributing to the growth of the business.

You will take responsibility for:

  • Communicating with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address inquiries and provide support.
  • Assisting customers with orders, refunds, exchanges, and product recommendations.
  • Updating stock accurately in the inventory system and creating products on Shopify.
  • Identifying customer needs to recommend suitable products or services.
  • Performing data entry tasks and upselling products where possible.


What you need
It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:

  • Previous experience within sales and/or customer service
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong phone etiquette and effective customer service abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail for accurate data handling.
  • Motivation to learn, grow, and excel in a customer-focused environment.


Other DESIRABLE skills include:

  • Previous experience of working in e-commerce and familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
