We're looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join dedicated team within the legal sector. This is a unique opportunity to guide and inspire a customer service team, ensuring exceptional support for our clients and fostering a responsive, customer-focused environment. Customer Service Team Leader Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of customer service representatives, providing training and guidance to achieve service excellence.

  • Coordinate workflows, manage schedules, and monitor team performance metrics.
  • Implement best practices and strategies to continuously improve client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, acting as a bridge between customer service and legal teams.

The ideal Customer Service Team Leader Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader in a customer service role, preferably within the legal sector - NOT ESSENTIAL
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and team management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
