As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be an outstanding communicator with a comprehensive understanding of how to deliver exemplary customer service. You will work as part of the customer service team and be responsible for receiving enquiries from clients and managing queries from the start through to resolution.
Responsibilities Included:
- Providing support to clients and customers
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Maintaining accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Providing regular updates to clients and customers on the status of their support requests
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every opportunity to clients and sub-contractors
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer Service Experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive
- Can-do attitude
- Ability to use your own initiative
