Role Description
We are seeking a Delivery Consultant to join our team at Certes IT Service Solutions, based at Birmingham Business Park. This hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) is essential in ensuring an exceptional candidate experience that sets us apart from competitors. You will be working closely with professionals across the Information Technology industry to support recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Delivery Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

Identifying, attracting, and shortlisting candidates to meet client requirements

Managing and developing relationships with a network of IT professionals

Writing and posting job advertisements in line with company policies

Monitoring candidate applications and ensuring a smooth recruitment process

Qualifying and presenting suitable candidates for open roles

Providing support to candidates throughout the recruitment process

Maintaining accurate records on the recruitment database (Vincere)

Assisting with pre-employment and compliance checks

Contributing to team meetings and providing feedback to improve the recruitment service

Staying compliant with relevant employment legislation and internal policies

Supporting the sales process by identifying and progressing leads

Person Profile:
We are looking for someone who is:

Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and accuracy

Tenacious, resilient, and able to prioritize tasks effectively

A confident communicator with persuasive skills

Target-driven and determined to succeed

Customer-focused with strong questioning and listening skills

Organized and proficient in time management

Eager to learn and grow within the recruitment industry

Key Success Metrics:
Success in this role will be measured by monthly targets, including:

Number of placements

Interviews booked

CV submissions

New candidates added to the CRM system

Sales leads identified
