What You Will Be Doing:

As an End Point Assessor, you will:

  • Conduct fair and independent assessments, making informed decisions on apprenticeship standards and overall grades.

  • Work closely with apprentices and employers to plan, carry out, and report on End Point Assessments.

  • Maintain up-to-date sector knowledge and carry out associated administrative duties.

  • Work flexibly, including a mix of home-based work and field visits within your specialised sector.

Who You Are:

We are looking for a professional with extensive experience in public service, having worked in a local or national government organisation such as Border Force, HMRC, a council, or a local authority.

You will have:

  • Strong public office experience and a customer service background, with operational delivery as a key part of your role.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of learners.

  • Confidence in working independently, while also being a great team player.

  • Strong time management and administrative skills.

What You'll Need:
  • Significant hands-on experience in a public sector organisation, either as a direct employee or linked contractor.

  • This position required an assessor award - A1, TAQA, CAVA, D32/33 etc..
  • Proven operational experience dealing with customers and delivering services.

  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle.

  • Familiarity with MS Office and other IT systems (training provided for epaPRO).
