Main duties: Providing an outstanding level of customer service as well as product advise in order to generate sales
The role:- Answer calls and emails from the French and UK client base- Provide product details and process orders- Generate sales and provide after sales care- Administration tasks as needed for the role- Work closely with internal teams ensuring good business practiceThe candidate:- Fluent in French (written and spoken) essential- Experience in a customer service or call centre environment beneficial- Excellent communication skills- Outstanding attention to detail- Dynamic, confident and proactive
The salary: between £28,000 and £30,000 per annum plus bonus depending on experience
