German Speaking Customer Services Advisor
Monday - Thursday: 9.00AM - 4.30PM & Friday: 9.00AM - 3.45PM
Pay Rate: £12.00 - £14.00 PER HOUR

People Solutions are looking for a German speaking Customer Service Advisor for our Client based in Birmingham.
The requirement to speak native German is necessary for this role as you will be speaking to German Nationals on the phone.
Many of the German Nationals that you speak to will speak German as their first language.
This is a hybrid working role as you will be working three days in the office and two days a week at home.
You will be provided with a laptop to work from home.

Day to Day Duties
- Responsible for conducting unscripted telephone appointment making, data cleansing, research and leading generation campaigns throughout the UK and Europe on behalf of Clients.
- You will be predominately speaking to German Nationals on the phone, many of whom may not be able to speak English as their first language
- Carry out unscripted telephone calls on behalf of clients
- Answer questions about product specifications
- Book appointments with relevant prospects
- Complete data cleansing activities
- Carry out market research into various industries
- Provide input into lead generation campaigns of various make-ups
- Accurately and efficiently enter details
Essential Skills
- You must be able to speak German fluently as you will be speaking to, and corresponding, with German Nationals who may not be able to speak English.
Desirable Experience
- Previous Market Research or Contact Centre experience would be desirable.
What training is provided?
- Two weeks office-based training provided, which is fully paid.
