An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client as Head of Care. This role supports the management team across the organisation, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to service users through evidence-based clinical interventions and best practices.

A key element is to ensure that evidence based clinical interventions are provided to service users, offering clinical leadership through direct support and role-modelling best practices. The post holder will work in collaboration with management and clinical teams to set standards, develop and enhance high-quality care provision.

The Head of Care will ensure that care supports and reflects individuals mental health and physical needs, is culturally appropriate, and is continuously evaluated to ensure compliance with professional guidance and current best practice. In collaboration with the Operations Director, Head of Therapies and management teams, the post holderwill support staff's continuous clinical and professional development through on-the-job coaching, mentoring and supervision.

You will also be required to lead on key clinical statutory responsibilities. Ensure any absence of registered managers is adequately covered and provisions are in place to cover units. The Head of Care will be an integral part of service development and delivery across Options for Care. All staff of Options for Care are expected to embrace and uphold the mission, vision and values of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
