Salary: 25,000 to 35,000 depending on experience + Annual Bonus

Well established and highly successful firm in the engineering sector require Internal Technical Sales / Customer Service Executives to join the team.
We are looking for dedicated; driven individuals to compliment the current internal sales team. Reporting to the Sales Team Manager, you will be providing high levels of customer service to a nationwide customer base.
Duties
- Providing customers with detailed quotations, technical support & solutions via phone & email
- Processing sales orders & returns when required
- Working with other team members to ensure timely response to all email enquiries
- Following up with outstanding quotations
Candidate Experience
- Mechanical / Electrical Engineering background
- Customer Service / Technical Support / Internal Sales experience
- Preference will be given to candidates with Electric Motor, Drives, Inverters and associated Gearbox experience.
- Experienced with computer processing systems (e.g SAP, SAGE etc.)
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced industry & busy sales office
- Fully competent with Office computer software (Outlook, Excel)
The role will suit individuals currently working as Internal Technical Sales / Customer Service Executive, Inside Sales, Inbound Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support, Internal Sales, Sales Administration and be living within a commutable distance of Kidderminster, Droitwich, Stourport-on-Severn, Bewdley, Bridgnorth, Wombourne, Worcester, Bromsgrove, Stourbridge, Birmingham, Wolverhampton or be willing to relocate.
